Terms & Conditions

Reservations are accepted online, by email, by phone, or in person. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from the School. Clients must supply accurate information about skill level, age, and any special needs at the time of booking.

Payment must follow the School's specified methods as communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

All fees are quoted in local currency with VAT included unless noted otherwise. The School reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will maintain their agreed rate.

Written notice of cancellation is required. The following refund structure applies:

• More than 14 days prior to the lesson: 100% refund.

• 14 to 7 days prior to the lesson: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days prior to the lesson: no refund.

Changes to booked lessons are subject to availability and may result in pricing adjustments. Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

The School reserves the right to modify or cancel lessons for operational, weather-related, facility closure, or safety reasons. Where possible, alternative arrangements will be offered. If the proposed alternative is declined by the client, a proportional refund will apply.

Refunds for bad weather are provided ONLY in the event of a TOTAL closure of ski lifts.

All participants must follow instructor guidance and applicable safety rules at all times. Participants are required to use well-maintained equipment. Helmets are strongly recommended and mandatory for minors. Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in removal from the lesson without refund.

Clients are responsible for accurately selecting their skill level at the time of booking. Incorrect self-assessments that affect lesson quality may result in group modifications or alternative arrangements, with possible price adjustments.

The School and its instructors are not liable for accidents, injuries, property loss, or damage arising from negligence or failure to follow instructions. Participants are strongly recommended to hold personal accident and liability insurance for the duration of their lessons.

Parental or guardian consent is required for all participants under 18 years of age. A parent or guardian must remain reachable by telephone throughout the lesson.

Ski lift passes and equipment (skis, boots, poles, helmets, etc.) are not included in the lesson price and must be arranged separately by the client.

Personal data provided by clients is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, solely for administrative and operational purposes related to the delivery of lessons and services.

The School may photograph or record sessions for promotional and marketing purposes. Clients who do not wish to appear in published content may submit a removal request for any unpublished material.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at the School's registered location.
